I placed an order for an outdoor banner that needed to be sent away for production. Unfortunately, the order somehow got lost in transit. However, the company expedited a new order for me. When the banner finally arrived, it had the wrong font. Nevertheless, they allowed me to use it temporarily to cover my business until the correct order arrived. Finally, the new order came in with the correct font (hooray!) and they didn't charge me for the inconvenience. It's truly wonderful to see a company that stands by its customers, and I would like to express my gratitude to my local Staples for their efforts in resolving my issue. From now on, I will always use and recommend Staples' printing department. They are truly exceptional.

I placed my first order with Staples, but unfortunately, I don't have an online account with them. Surprisingly, after waiting for about 4 days, which was well past the expected delivery date, Staples decided to cancel my entire order. I had made the payment through PayPal. In an attempt to find out the reason behind this, I called their customer service, only to be told a lie that I am a restricted customer and cannot place orders with them. They even insisted that I had an account with them, despite my email not matching the information they were associating with. The representative refused to provide any further details. Initially, the agent seemed to agree with me, but then suddenly changed her story and started lying. It's truly disappointing and unacceptable behavior from Staples. It's clear that Staples is a fraudulent company.

I waited at the counter for fifteen minutes while three associates gathered together and engaged in conversation. I felt completely ignored. I approached the associate at the register and expressed my frustration, to which they responded with a brief apology. Dissatisfied with the situation, I decided to contact Corporate to address the issue. They assured me that it would be taken care of. Later, I visited the UPS store where I received prompt assistance. As a result of this experience, I have decided not to return to Staples.

I had an excellent experience with Suzy at the Staples store in Naples, located in the shopping plaza where Fresh Market and Subway are situated, at the corner of Tamiami and 951. She displayed great talent, patience, and kindness while assisting me in formatting my artwork online for an upcoming large exhibit. The service at this store is consistently outstanding, and I am truly grateful to Suzy for her assistance. Thank you very much.

The customer service at Exton Staples is excellent. I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years and I always have a positive experience! Both Gee and Evie have been extremely helpful and consistently friendly. I highly recommend this Staples location.

I purchased an ECO tank ET-4850 printer for my husband's business during the Christmas season of 2022. Unfortunately, the printer's quality turned out to be extremely poor. When I tried to return or exchange it for an HP printer, I was informed that I only had a 30-day return window, even though this was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Although I have the original receipt, I no longer have the box. The sales associate advised me to contact Asurion, the company from which I purchased a warranty for this product, in order to proceed with the return. My main goal is to exchange the printer for another one of equal value, and I am even willing to pay the price difference if necessary. This experience has left me with a negative impression of STAPLES, and I will not be shopping there again.

On May 16, 2023, I visited the Staples store located in Plainview, Nassau, NY. There were a total of five customers, including myself, in the store. I joined the line behind one customer who was using the printing services. A male employee was assisting another customer and asked me from a distance, "What do you need?" I signaled for him to come closer. He explained that he was currently helping the previous customer. A few minutes later, a young female employee shouted from the back of the printing area, "What do you want?" I asked if she could come closer, but there was still a significant distance between us. She seemed annoyed and repeated, "What do you want?" Despite my request for her to come closer, I didn't want to shout out the purpose of my visit. Her tone and attitude conveyed frustration and disgust. I thanked her and requested to speak to a manager, but the supervisor informed me that he had no knowledge of the printing department. Surprisingly, the two employees in the printing area were the only ones with printing expertise. It's unfortunate that Staples is being run by individuals who lack the ability to attract customers. Instead, they seem to drive them away. I have recently dealt with other printing businesses where the employees were polite and helpful. As a result, I took my business elsewhere, and I'm sure others have done the same. I noticed that Staples is not very busy, and perhaps if they trained their employees on how to handle customers, the store could attract more business. It would be a shame to see another store closing, especially considering the number of closures we already have.

Out of the five self-service copy machines available, only one was functional. The staff showed complete indifference towards this issue. The employees were impolite and unhelpful, leaving a negative impression. I would rate this experience with zero stars.
